REFLECTIONS

Based on my Experience, Observations and Findings respectively.

I have learned so much from Advanced Typography this semester. Not to mentioned the practicals and skills I've improved, but also the heavy workload made me improve my time management skills and I find myself less procrastinating throughout the semester. Advanced typography has less rules compared to the Typography module but it requires more creativity. 

I've realised that I paid more attention to all of the typography around me and think about how can they be improved or what can be learnt from them. Besides, coming up with ideas with type design may sometimes be tough, but finding more inspiration around us helps to brainstrorm with the ideas.

Throughout the 14 weeks of learning in this module, I've studied more about the branding and collaterals work. When designing collaterals or type for a brand, there are a lot of things to consider. I've also learnt that graphical elements and typographical elements have to be used carefully and not overused any of them. As much as I stress over this module, I've also developed huge interest and trying my best to strive for better.
