LECTURES
Mr. Asrizal briefed us on the module information and showed us some of the previous students work to have a brief understanding of what we will be doing throughout the semester. Mr. Asrizal taught us how the Google Analytics works and we are required to do a presentation report based on the analytics in groups. We formed a group of 5 with me, Sky, Qian Tong, Kenisha and Wai Fern and started to distribute the work.

Content Ideation:
Each of us had came out with a few ideas and put in the spreadsheet. After primary discussion with our group members about all the content ideas, we sent the content planning sheet to our client to let them decide which ideas go well with them. Some ideas was rejected by them as they said it does not fit their usual postings on social media.

1. Soft-selling video: "What is that on your face"?

Throughout the content creating stage, we constantly seek for feedbacks from our client to make improvement to our content to better fulfil the expectations and requirements from our client.

REFLECTION
Experiences
This was my first experiencing working with a real-life client. It was a fun experience to work with Dododots and I'm glad to work with my teammates together to complete the contents throughout the semester. The module is a lot more fun compared with the others as we get to create our own content ideas and did a lot of video shooting together. Before taking this module, I didn’t know how people plan the content they posted on their social media. I’m fully aware of the importance of doing project tracking and carefully plan for the content beforehand to make social media marketing successful. The people from Dododots were super nice and friendly and are always willing to give comments and feedbacks for us on time to make amenmends and improvements to our content. Now that I experienced working with a real-life client, I also acknowledged that we can learn so much better and gain more useful experiences in physical sessions.
Observation
Throughout the semester, I fully observed our progress went much smoother and easier with a well-planned content sheet and weekly planner. Whether it is to check on our progress, to get feedbacks from client and to make improvements afterwards, the content planning and progress sheet did helped a lot to make our work easier. I also learned that how we could simultaneously manage and plan social media content for different clients using content planning sheets.
Findings
After completing all the tasks, I found that creating content requires doing some research to get on the latest trends. Creativity was also one of the most important skill to make interesting and customer-engaging content. Video-shooting and editing is very time-consuming, but it gets easier with a well-planned and well-constructed storyboard for the actors will better understand their tasks prior to cooperate well. In whole, I’m satisfied with our final outcomes for all the contents and we have truly gained a wide range of skills and knowledges
throughout the semester
such as video shooting, content planning and video editing skills.
