REFLECTION

This semester has been a painful experience for me. During the busiest weeks with plenty of submission deadlines, my laptop has broken down. I felt so stressful having to redo everything for I did not back up all my works due to my carelessness. I have learnt a huge lesson from this experience and had to force myself to complete what has to be done during this hard time. 

From the first assignment (Draft Dissertation), I've realised that this module is a continuous version of the Design Research Methodology module from last semester. This module is to gather all the information and finalise it into one dissertation. For me, the 2nd assignment Flipbook was a far more interesting assignment to work on as it requires us to design the layout of the book. My dissertation topic was Graphic Design and Mental Health which is still a fresh topic so it was actually hard for me to collect informations from the internet for my references. In whole, I'm really glad that I manage to complete this module and I'm satisfied with the outcome of my Flipbook.

Throughout this module, I've gained a lot of improvements in paraphrasing by practicing this skill throughout the assignments. The class materials given from Dr Hayati was also very useful throughout the semester. I've also learned that noting down the feedbacks from Dr Jinchi really helps to remind me which part of my dissertation needs amendment and make the final compilation a better one.
