Group 6

Storyboard & Moodboard

Our first task was to create a storyboard and planning out each frames. We were divided into different parts of the story and started doing our sketches and frame planning. Each of us contributed different style ideas for our illustrations.

After the storyboard was completed, we continue to the next task: illustrating the sketches. It was the most challenging part for me as I am really bad at illustrating. After all the hard works, I completed my part and definitely enjoyed the entire process. We also planned to use the same font type to link the overall video together.

After I have done illustrating all my parts, it comes to the next part which is animating using Adobe After Effects.

REFLECTIONS

To be honest, I was so stressed out doing this project because there were so many struggles throughout the process. I have to say group work is such a real pain to me especially when all the works have to be done online. All group members have different style of drawing and illustrating which makes the overall video doesn't look so coordinated. The time when we realised we should have more communications with all the group members, it was too late to change the overall drawing style. Our group were definitely lack of communications and trust. Fortunately after all these struggles, we still managed to complete the entire project.
